Thanks for visiting us on the Web. We are located in Northeastern Queens, near New York City’s border with Long Island. As a Conservative, Traditional, Egalitarian, synagogue, we have been serving the religious, educational, cultural and social needs of the the Little Neck, Douglaston, and Great Neck communities since 1948.  We hope you enjoy your visit and we look forward to meeting you in person. On October 14, 2012 the members of the Little Neck Jewish Center and the members of the Oakland Jewish Center celebrated the consolidation of our two congregations. Our Torahs are now side by side in the same ark and we are looking forward to a bright and fulfilling future as we continue on the journey of Jewish life together. Our newly formed congregation will have its home at 49-10 Little Neck Parkway with Rabbi Gordon Yaffe and Cantor Joshua Shron as our clergy.

Soon, we will be officially changing our name to: Congregation L’Dor V’Dor – Oakland Little Neck Jewish Center.
